The Research and Evaluation Unit within Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) utilises output data alongside the voices of our practitioners, carers, clients and other stakeholders to evaluate the efficacy of the programmes and services that we run and advance evidence for the social sector. Evaluation, research and monitoring activities provide assurance to both internal and external stakeholders that PSN is delivering outcomes as intended and is providing the best quality services possible for clients and communities.
