Day Services

Community Day Services are delivered by Enliven, which provides home and community support to older people and those with disabilities or injuries, to maximise their independence. A key focus of Community Day Services is a personalised activity programme that is developed with clients to provide opportunities for social interaction and engagement in the local community.

This report summaries the key findings from the FY2022 Enliven Day Services evaluation survey completed by clients and their families. Overall, for the reporting period respondents expressed their great satisfaction with the Enliven Day Services they received. A vast majority of respondents felt that their privacy and confidentiality are respected and are satisfied with the service’s communication and responsiveness. The respondents also indicated that the most helpful aspects of the service were improved wellbeing through companionship and being connected with other people, followed by engaging in a range of stimulating activities, receiving respite care, and having helpful and supportive staff.
