Home-based Support Services

Enliven, as a service division of Presbyterian Support Northern, provides home and community support services to older people and those with disabilities and injuries to maximise independence at home and remain active members in their communities.

Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited Home-based Support Services’ clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summaries the key findings of the clients' perceptions on service quality and delivery of Home-based Support Services (HBSS) in FY2022. Overall, many respondents expressed positive feedback on the services they received and a vast majority of respondents would recommend this service to others. The qualitative feedback also confirmed the overwhelming satisfaction with the service and their wellbeing. The key contributing aspects for respondents were helpful, friendly and supportive staff, regular visits and checks, assistance with personal care, and client wellbeing.
