Individualised Funding

Individualised Funding (IF) services are delivered by Enliven, which provides clients with support to independently manage and finance disability support services, such as household support, personal care, community involvement, funded family care and respite care.

Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited all IF clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summaries the key findings of this evaluation. Overall, many respondents expressed positive feedback about the Enliven IF services’ quality and delivery. The qualitative feedback also confirmed the overwhelming satisfaction with the service and the contribution to the clients’ wellbeing. The key contributing aspects for respondents were having friendly and helpful staff, covering essential costs and choice and control within service delivery, being able to work towards personal development goals, having respite care, and being confident to engage in the community.
