Tom joined PSN as General Manager, Engagement in September 2022. He was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland but has spent most of his life in Aotearoa. Tom moved to the NGO sector from the banking industry in 2000 and has held People and Culture executive roles in St John, Healthcare NZ and IHC Group. He is a Chartered Member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
