Dominique Pook

Dominique is a long standing Presbyterian Support Northern employee, having been with PSN since 2010. Dom graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2007, and has since obtained vast experience in the rehabilitation and home care sector. While at PSN, Dominque has fulfilled various roles both clinical and managerial including successfully managing various practice improvement projects, development of training packages, responding to tenders, leading people, service delivery and projects. To compliment her clinical skill set as a NZROT Dom has completed various professional development with a focus on leadership, positive supervision and effective management.
Sally Ward
Shine Acting General Manager

Sally Ward

Sally Ward has worked extensively in education and training across her career. With a Master’s degree in Public and Development Management, she has held senior positions in non-governmental organisations around the world and has experience in health promotion, higher education and organisational strategy and management. Sally was appointed Acting General Manager in December 2019 when Jane Drumm semi-retired.
Denise Cosgrove
PSN Chief Executive Officer

Denise Cosgrove

Denise has broad experience as an accomplished senior executive with commercial and public sector experience in New Zealand and Australia. Her previous roles have included being Chief Executive at the Victorian Work Cover Authority in Australia, a general manager at the Accident Compensation Corporation and an assistant auditor general. As well as contributing to various NGO organisations and actively supporting socially-minded entrepreneurs, Denise supports New Zealand’s contemporary art and design sector, especially new and emerging talent.
Andrea McLeod
General Manager, Strategic Change

Andrea McLeod

Andrea McLeod is responsible for Strategic Change at Presbyterian Support Northern. She represents the home and community health sector on a number of forums including the role of Chair of the Home and Community Health Association, and is a director on the board of Careerforce - the Industry Training Organisation. Andrea’s background is as a Registered Nurse and she brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge in health and community services management to the role.
Wendy Hoskin
Chief Operating Officer / Deputy CEO

Wendy Hoskin

Wendy has worked at PSN since 2014 originally as General Manager Development and currently as Chief Operating Officer. Her role includes responsibility for Finance, Information Services, Contract Management and Evaluation and Human Resources. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the health and social sectors working in management positions in Auckland DHB and Waikato DHB in both Operational Management and Funding and Planning Management. Wendy is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
