Denise Cosgrove

Denise has broad experience as an accomplished senior executive with commercial and public sector experience in New Zealand and Australia. Her previous roles have included being Chief Executive at the Victorian Work Cover Authority in Australia, a general manager at the Accident Compensation Corporation and an assistant auditor general. As well as contributing to various NGO organisations and actively supporting socially-minded entrepreneurs, Denise supports New Zealand’s contemporary art and design sector, especially new and emerging talent.
Glenda Schnell
Lifeline Executive Director

Glenda Schnell

Glenda worked in a range of mainly mental health and social services leadership and management roles before becoming Lifeline’s Executive Director in November 2016. A trained occupational therapist, Glenda has a Master of Health Science and has completed the Blueprint Executive Leadership Programme. Her 25 years’ experience includes being professional leader, funder and planner for Counties Manukau District Health Board, Youthline general manager and Ultimate Care Group regional manager.
Jane Drumm
Shine General Manager

Jane Drumm

Before Shine joined PSN in July 2016, Jane Drumm had served as Shine’s Executive Director since 1998. Under her leadership, Shine grew from four staff and a budget of $180,000 to an organisation with a national profile, more than 30 staff and a budget of more than $3 million. Jane has undertaken two major overseas study trips to study what works to stop domestic abuse in the United Kingdom (under a Winston Churchill Fellowship) and in North America. Using what she learned, Jane initiated a number of Shine’s innovative and unique services. Previously, Jane worked as a Victim Advisor for Auckland District Court for one year and as a Probation Officer for thirteen years.
Heather Clark
General Manager - People and Culture

Heather Clark

Heather Clark joined PSN in June 2010. She has 20 years’ senior HR experience with the Foundation of the Blind and for the past nine years with the NZ Fire Service. Heather has a strong commitment to the not-for-profit sector through involvement as a board member with the Foundation for Youth Development Waitakere and Volunteering NZ. She is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).
Andrea McLeod
GM, Strategic Change - Enliven

Andrea McLeod

Andrea brings more than eight years’ experience in management roles in the home and community sector to her role at Enliven. Her work has included developing and implementing restorative home support and individualised funding services, and she represents the sector in a number of forums.
Susanne Ritzenhoff
General Manager Communications & Fundraising

Susanne Ritzenhoff

Susanne was a director at Creative Pathways before joining PSN in March 2016. Before this, she was the fundraising manager for Youthline Auckland. Between 2007 and 2011 Susanne was the General Manager for Q Theatre, responsible for raising funds to build the theatre, then overseeing its construction. Susanne has also held other roles in investment and the arts, including business manager for Sparkbox Ltd, and the Auckland Theatre Company.
Wendy Hoskin
General Manager - Development

Wendy Hoskin

Wendy has been General Manager Development at PSN since 2014, which includes service development and management of the Family Works Resolution Services, Service and Evaluation Team and ICT. Her previous management positions include Managing the Auckland DHB’s Cardiovascular Services and Ambulatory Services, and Planning and Funding Manager, Primary, Community and Ambulatory Services and Provider Arm Services. Wendy has more than 20 years’ experience in the health and social sectors and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Laurie Pedlar
Family Works Northern General Manager

Laurie Pedlar

Laurie has been with Family Works since 2007, following extensive experience working with the Auckland District Health Board in various roles, including change management. “As an NGO, we can make some choices about how people can best be helped. I enjoy working in a values-based environment that has children and families at the forefront.”
