A local initiative in Moerewa to repair run-down homes has showcased on Maori Television’s Native Affairs programme. Presbyterian Support Northern helped He Iwi Kotahi Tatou Trust to spearhead the Moerewa Makeover initiative which has strengthened community ties in the small Northland town and strengthened its residents’ sense of pride.
