Day Services Output Evaluation Summary Report Enliven FY2025

Evaluation Purposes:

The evaluation aimed to assess the clients’ perceptions on service quality and delivery as well as the self-identified outcomes regarding their wellbeing and maximising their independence.

 

Background:

Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited all Day Service clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summaries the key findings from the FY2025 evaluation survey. 

 

Key Findings:

Overall, the majority of respondents provided positive feedback on the Enliven day services programme with average agreement rate of 90% across all domains. Respondents expressed their great satisfaction
with the Enliven Day Services (92%), and most respondents would recommend this service to others (99%). This was also reflected in comments provided about the positive aspects of the services such as improved wellbeing, stimulating activities, respite for carer and whānau and helpful staff.
