Enliven IF Support Services FY2024 Evaluation Summary

Evaluation Purpose:

The evaluation aims to assess the clients’ perceptions of service quality and delivery and their self-identified outcomes regarding their wellbeing and maximising their independence.

Background:

Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited all IF clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summarises the key findings from the FY2024 evaluation survey.

Key Findings:

Respondents provided positive feedback about the services received with an average agreement rate of 67%. This declined shift compared to the previous year reflects the recent changes in the Individualised Funding purchasing rules introduced by the government in March 2024. The qualitative feedback also confirmed the satisfaction with the service and the contribution to the clients’ wellbeing. Almost two-thirds of the respondents stated key benefits of the service such as community and social connections, autonomy and choice for clients, and a supportive service system, including friendly staff. Unique positives included enhanced wellbeing and respite for caregivers.
