Evaluation Purpose:
The evaluation aims to assess the clients’ perceptions on service quality and delivery as well as the self-identified outcomes regarding their wellbeing and maximising their independence.
Background:
Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited all IF clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summaries the key findings from the FY2023 evaluation survey.
Key Findings:
Overall, many respondents expressed positive feedback about the Enliven IF services’ quality and delivery. The qualitative feedback also confirmed the overwhelming satisfaction with the service and the contribution to the clients’ wellbeing. The key contributing aspects for respondents were engaging and connecting better with the wider community, being able to partake in social activities as well as to make friends. Another positive outcome expressed by the respondents was their improved overall wellbeing and the quality of life.
