Evaluation Purposes:
The evaluation aimed to assess the clients’ perceptions on service quality and delivery as well as the self-identified outcomes regarding their wellbeing and maximising their independence.
Background:
Presbyterian Support Northern’s Service Evaluation Team invited all Day Service clients to complete an evaluation survey. This report summaries the key findings from the FY2024 evaluation survey.
Key Findings:
Overall, the majority of respondents provided positive feedback on the Enliven day services programme with average agreement rate of 89% across all domains.The highest agreement rate, at 98%, reflected clients' satisfaction with the respect for their privacy and confidentiality by Enliven. The agreement rate for recommending the programme was 97%, while the agreement rate for satisfaction with the service was 94%. The lowest agreement rate, at 75%, pertained to the Goals and Needs Met domain, a result that aligns with the previous year's findings. Respondents emphasised that Enliven Day Services contributed to improvements in their wellbeing by providing companionship and fostering social connectedness.
