PSN 140 Years of Service video highlights milestones

29 November 2024

Life was so different in 1884 when Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) was founded by Auckland’s first Presbyterian City Missioner, Duncan Macpherson. This short video captures a glimpse of what life was like back then and reflects our journey to become one of New Zealand's largest and longest-serving social service and health and disability providers.

Over its 140 years, PSN has been a steadfast advocate and supporter of local communities through periods of considerable social and economic uncertainty. We have a long history of working with communities and a good understanding of the challenges and issues confronting them as we work towards achieving our vision of a better life for everyone.

We value the trust of the people we serve and all those who have supported over the decades.

Ki te kotahi te kākaho ka whati, ki te kāpuia e kore e whati.

When we stand alone we are vulnerable but together we are unbreakable.
